Father Don Cullen Death – Archdiocese of Kansas City leader Father Don Cullen has sadly passed away. He died on Monday 27th November 2023 leaving family, friends and parishioners in shock and disbelief. He was confirmed dad through a post made on Facebook that says “We are sad to share the news that Father Don Cullen passed away this morning. Please join us in praying for the soul of Father Cullen and for the comfort of his loved ones during this time of loss”.
Early Life
Father Don Cullen, born to Charles and Nell Cullen, has been a dedicated member of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas since 1971. Ordained at his home parish, Queen of the Holy Rosary in Overland Park, Father Cullen has served in various parishes throughout his illustrious career. His journey within the Archdiocese led him to nine different parishes, starting with Assumption Parish in Topeka from 1971 to 1974, followed by Saint Joseph Parish in Shawnee from 1974 to 1978.
