Andrew James Chavez Death Cause – Car Accident

As per some online sources, the death cause of Andrew James Chavez is due to the injuries he suffered from a car accident. Chavez, together with Wayne Walter Swanson Jr. of Newport Beach, and Crystal McCallum of Texas, was killed in a car crash on Thursday, May 12, 2022.

In the 3000 block of West Coach Highway, the deadly incident happened at about 12:45 a.m. Reportedly, three construction workers who were in the area at the time of the crash were rushed to a local hospital and treated for minor, non-life-threatening injuries.
A black 2022 Tesla Model S was heading westbound when it struck a curb and collided with construction tools on the south side of the road, according to the release. Moreover, the department is still investigating this accident.
