Despite being an award-winning pastry chef, Stephanie Boswell’s bio does not appear on Wikipedia.

She began her career as an Assistant Pastry Chef at Tru Restaurant in 2009 and then moved on to NAHA Restaurant as Pastry Sous Chef in 2010. Michelin stars were awarded to both establishments.

She later worked as a pastry chef at Aria Resort and Casino’s SAGE Restaurants in 2011. Similarly, She has worked in a variety of restaurants, including Rose Rabbit Lie, The Peninsula Beverly Hills, and Lette Macaroons.

She has also worked as a host on the Cooking Channel’s Baking Bad, according to her social media accounts.  

Stephanie Boswell Is A Pastry Chef

Stephanie is an internationally recognized pastry chef. Stephanie was most recently Executive Pastry Chef of the world-renowned Peninsula Beverly Hills, where she invented the Faberge Egg, a signature dish with international acclaim.

Her work has also been acknowledged by CBSLA as one of the “Best Up-and-Coming Female Chefs in Los Angeles” and by LA Confidential Magazine as “A woman to Watch.”

She has also acted as a judge on Pawley’s Pastry Chef competing in the Food Network Halloween Baking Championship, in addition to Zac Young. In 2011, she worked as Chef Pastry at the sage restaurant in Las Vegas.

Stephanie designed the Foie Gras Candy Bar, which Forbes named one of America’s most fantastic treats and Anthony Bourdain recommended as a “must-do” in Las Vegas.
