He was predeceased by : his mother Janet Smith; his brothers, Dave and Mark Smith; his mother-in-law Verna Sharp; and his grandfather Harry Sharp.

He is survived by : his son Jason of Glouster; his grandchildren, Jadie Smith of Trimble, Hunter Smith of Glouster, Morgan Smith of Zanesville and Xander Smith; his aunt Yvonne Cardaras; and his sister-in-law Sarah Bradford of Royal Oak, MI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; special extended family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 23rd 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Morrison Funeral Chapel (6525 OH-78, Glouster, OH 45732). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 23rd 2022 at 12:00 PM at the same location
