In Taiwan, the oyster is fresh and tasty but smaller then other country, becaust there are several typhoon (same with hurricane) come to Taiwan every year. The oysters have to been picked when they are already can be eaten. Although they are smaller, they taste sweet and great by Taiwanese cooking style.
