Apollo woman killed in fiery Armstrong County crash had fled from Police before crash.
A woman who was killed in a single-car accident after she fled from State Police in Armstrong County on Sunday night was identified as 21-year-old Madison L. Sapinsky of North Apollo.
According to authorities, Sapinsky lost control of her vehicle and then struck a tree after she sped off when a State Trooper tried to pull her over at approximately 7:50 p.m. along Margaret Road in Plumcreek Township.

Madison Sapinsky Cause of Death
Madison was a 2019 graduate of Apollo-Ridge High School, and recently graduated from Westmoreland County Community College, completing the Certified Medical Assistant program.
She was a kind soul, and loved taking care of animals, her read.
