Parma woman killed in DUI crash in Henrietta. An adult female passenger who died in a solo car crash that happened on Interstate 390 early Friday is now identified as 22-year-old Gianna Chapman of Parma. The driver of the vehicle, 22-year-old Jessica Cafarelli of Fairport, faces charges including; manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened when the car Cafarelli was driving went off on 390 North between Lehigh Station Road and Hylan Drive around 12:40 a.m. and flipped multiple times. Chapman was killed in the crash.
