Jaylen Fleer is married and has a wife. The former San Diego Sheriff’s Deputy was arrested for the charges of molestation of minors, the youngest being 9 years old girl.

After the Chula Vista Police Department received two anonymous Crime Stoppers tips regarding an adult male suspect who engaged in sex acts with an underage victim. Later Jaylen Fleer was arrested on July 23, 2020, at the Chula Vista Police Department based on media inquiries.
Prosecutors said that Fleer contacted 41 young girls, as young as 9 years old. The judge despised the acts Fleer committed by saying that he had not seen a more despicable set of facts as he has seen in the case.

Jaylen’s attorney, however, asked for leniency saying that he has completed 46 therapy sessions and has recognized his errors. Fleer pleaded guilty to a total of 20 felony and misdemeanor charges.

Jaylen Fleer is 28 years old. His exact date of birth is unknown. The alleged crime took place between March 27 and April 8, 2020. He was sentenced to 12 years in state prison with probation. Additionally, he will have no choice but to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
Count six of the charges against Fleer said that he unlawfully participated in an act of oral copulation with a girl under the age of 16. Count seven and eight said that he lewdly committed a lascivious act upon a child aged 14 or 15 years old.
