Macon man killed in Jones Avenue shooting; Three injured.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators are investigating the death of an adult male and three others that were injured in a shooting that happened on Jones Avenue, Saturday night.
According to authorities, Bibb County Sheriff’s Office received a call of shots fired on Jones Avenue. The caller stated that several individuals were reported to have possibly been shot.
The incident took place at an abandoned house, located in 300 block of Jones Avenue.
Cleveland Raines Cause of Death
Three of the victims involved in the incident left by personal vehicle and went to the hospital. A fourth victim was located by deputies, behind the abandoned house, and he was transported to the hospital by ambulance, authorities said.
Three of the victims are listed to be in stable condition. The fourth victim who was identified as 19-year-old Cleveland Raines of Macon was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office urge anyone with any information about the incident.
